Board President
Fozia Ahmed, MCHC’s Board President, graduated from Karachi University with a degree in Microbiology. She holds a real estate license from Madison, Wisconsin. She has over twenty five years of Administration and social work experience as a volunteer running educational programs as well as various other events and activities. Her passion for non-profits and helping othersinspired her to found MCHC in 2004. She hastravelled vastly across South Asia, the Middle East, and North America, and speaks English, Urdu, Punjabi and Arabic. Her appreciation for and competence in multiple languages and cultures has shaped MCHC’s approach in this regard, and has made MCHC a welcoming medical home for many immigrants and refugees in Milwaukee. Fozia knows that giving of oneself by contributing to helping and serving others is the key to successin life. Her favorite quote that inspires her is “At this very moment, there are people only you can reach…and differences only you can make.” – Mike Dooley

Dr Hafeez graduated from Dow Medical College where he helped run Patient's Welfare Association in providing medications to needy patients and ran a free of cost blood bank, which was the second largest Blood Bank in Karachi. He has been working with MCHC since 2014. He has been practicing Internal Medicine at Westgate Medical Group in Wauwatosa since 2000. Dr. Hafeez is a strong advocate of nonprofits. He is greatly inspired by the following quote, “What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us; What we have done for others and the world remains and is immortal.”

Rehan has over 22 years of experience in franchise business and is a member of the Franchise Advisory Council. Rehan has actively volunteered with a variety of organizations for the past twenty years. Some dear to his heart include the Children of America, Milwaukee Boys and Girls Club, Pakistani Cultural Society, Al-Qur’an Masjid, and of course the MCHC. He is grateful for the support that has allowed him to build a successful businessin America, and is committed to giving back to the community with his volunteer efforts throughout the greater Milwaukee metro area. He is greatly inspired by the quote of Muhammad Ali Jinnah: “With faith, discipline and selfless devotion to duty, there is nothing worthwhile that you cannot achieve.”
Dr. Suhail Hameed

Suhail Hameed MD is a board certified Rheumatologist. He is one of the directors at the Rheumatic Disease Center, as well as the director of RDC Laboratory. Dr. Hameed additionally is a consultant Rheumatologist affiliated with Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s and Aurora Grafton Hospitals. He was the founding Secretary of Islamic Society of Central Wisconsin and currently continues to serve on the Boards of other local non profit organizations to include Masjid Al Huda and Guidance Academy. He firmly believes that service to God is to provide compassionate care to His creation. He is greatly inspired by the quote, "All creations are the dependents of Allah (SWT), and the most beloved creation to Allah (SWT) is the one who is good to His dependents."- Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).
Dr. Farhat Ashai-Khan

Dr. Khan is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics, specializing in gastroenterology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She holds board certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology. She has memberships in a variety of Professional and Honorary Societies including, but not limited to the American Academy of Pediatrics, Milwaukee Gastroenterology Society and Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. She is a strong advocate of nonprofits and is greatly inspired by the following quote, “You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give.” -Khalil Gibran

Neelam Ayub has a medical degree from Fatima Jinnah Medical College Lahore, Pakistan. Her experience as a surgeon taught her to be patient and love for people with all abilities. This in turn led her to work with many nonprofit organizations in different capacities. Her experience as a primary caretaker of her elderly parents and other members of her family attracted her to join MCHC board. Neelam is inspired by Martin Luther King Jr’s statement," Everybody can be great because anybody can serve. You don't have to have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make yoursubject and verb agree to serve... you only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love. "

Iqbal Ashraf has over 35 years of experience as an Electronics Manufacturing. During this time, he has worked as a Quality Systems Manager for General Motors/Delphi and currently works for Rockwell Automation as a Design Assurance Project Engineer. He feels a great sense of personal satisfaction, as well as an immense sense of achievement working for non-profits. He enjoys being a part of non-profits because they work to help the needy and there is no better cause than this.

Kauser Razvi graduated from Marquette Law School in 2013. Prior to that she worked for ten years as a paralegal for a law firm specializing in family law and clerked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as staff counsel in the practice area of insurance law. Currently, she consults for several law firms as associate counsel on various cases in the areas of family, insurance, personal injury and contract law. Someone close to her once said, “Service to Mankind is Service to God.” Being a board member of MCHC, an organization that strives to serve the underprivileged through various areas of community service and outreach,she feelsshe is able to honor her commitment to servicing mankind through her duties as a member and an advocate of social service.
Will Perry

Will Perry, Executive Director of Milwaukee Dawah Center MIDC, leads by balancing equal doses of dedication, dynamism and dependability. His approachable disposition connects him to the most challenging issues within the community, activating his tenacity to solve problems. One of the highlights of MIDC during his leadership period is developing Ibrahim House, a prison reform program that assists fellow Muslims to reintegrate into the community. Another is overseeing its highly recognized Food Pantry that partners with Feeding America and is known as one of Wisconsin's top five pantries. Noteworthy to mention, MIDC has grown significantly in the last 20 yearsfrom a mere $25K annual budget to the current $350K. Perry has a Master's Degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch College. He is a former Marine Corps Sargent, a retired Firefighter/Paramedic, and a past Funeral Director for Milwaukee Muslim Funeral Home. Currently he is a Board President of Wisconsin Muslim Civic Alliance, Board Member of the MICAH and RPAC (DOC) and member of Milwaukee Common Council's Community Collaborative Commission.
Adel Bekhiet

Adel Bekhiet is a MCHC board member at large and is part of various committees including Communications and Hospice. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, being a part of many large-scale corporations including Johnson Controls, Rockwell Automation, and SC Johnson. Most recently, he holds the position of Senior Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Services at Northwestern Mutual. Adel Bekhiet has been an active member of the Milwaukee Muslim community for many years, taking part in a variety of roles and activities. He has been a volunteer member of the Islamic Society of Milwaukee’s Zakat Committee as well as having the role of At-Large Member within ISM’s Shura Leadership.
